BigDaveSports’ T-Shirt Design Contest

I think it’s time to have some fun and see what kind of creative minds cyclists have.  We are going to have our first T-Shirt Design Contest.

In (amateur) bike racing, we often forget that you have to build your fitness to be competitive and think that just buying the latest and greatest, lightest and most aerodynamic equipment will make us when races.  It might help, but it still comes down to the riders fitness and abilities.  Many coaches will even tell you that you are better off losing weight off your mid-section than losing weight off your bike. Ohio Spring Race Series

COURSE ROUTE

The course was first used as part of the 2011 Midwest Regional Masters Championship.  It was so well received that we decided to use it in the Spring Series (when it’s not 97 degrees).  The course starts with a short climb to the top of the world where you’ll be treated with an incredible view over the Ohio River.  It continues climbing on a more moderate grade before sending you down a long and winding downhill.  You’ll then spend the next 7.5 miles on a rolling road that follows the Great Miami and Ohio Rivers back to the start/finish line.
